By downloading, installing, or using the HoardIQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is operated by HoardIQ, a sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) registered in Denmark (CVR: registration pending), Rønnebærvej 10, 2. 216, 2840 Holte, Denmark.

  1. Use the App for any illegal purpose
  2. Store illegal items in your inventory
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  6. Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
  7. Upload malicious content (viruses, malware) via item photos
  8. Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to HoardIQ (inventory data, photos, descriptions). We do not claim ownership of your data.

By uploading content to HoardIQ, you grant us a limited license to:

5.3 Data Backup

While we strive to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your inventory data. We recommend using the export feature regularly.

6. AI Features and Accuracy

6.1 AI Analysis

HoardIQ uses AI (via OpenRouter) to analyze item photos and suggest item names, categories, descriptions, and estimated values.

AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. You acknowledge that:

7. Insurance Reports and Export Features

HoardIQ allows you to export inventory data for insurance purposes (CSV, PDF). You acknowledge that:

HoardIQ is a data management tool, not an insurance advisor. We do not provide insurance coverage recommendations or legal advice.

8. Premium Subscription

HoardIQ offers a premium subscription ("Premium") that includes advanced features such as unlimited homes, enhanced exports, and additional AI analyses.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; remove any copyright or trademark notices; or use our name, logo, or trademarks without permission.

9.2 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOARDIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoardIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and the App from your devices.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 will survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution
